  • Available communal workspaces
  • Free breakfast
  • Close proximity to local hot spots (restaurants, nightlife, and cultural spots)
  • Interactive classes or events (such as yoga class in the fitness center)

Weekend and Vacation Traveler Amenities

These two traveler segments are grouped together because they have many of the same interests. People today will often take several long weekends rather than taking one long vacation, so you will find they have the same needs:

  • Flexible check-in and check-out options with no surcharge
  • Free luggage storage
  • Free breakfast
  • Kitchen amenities (coffee maker, fridge, microwave)
  • Spa and fitness centers
  • Free shuttle service (to the airport and local spots within reasonable distance)
  • Close proximity to local hot spots (restaurants, nightlife, cultural spots, and tourist attractions)
  • Dining options (both at the hotel and within walking distance or a quick Uber ride of the hotel)
