INSIGHTS

Companies who invest in hiring the right people, have maximized returns. At JDI our goal is to help you build a passionate team that ignites growth within your company.

For a decade, Chelsea Cox Gillman managed operations for some of the finest hotels in Los Angeles, NYC and Nashville. Currently a hospitality veteran, Chelsea spent the last few years stepped away from her day-to-day operations to focus on serving the hospitality community in a unique way that has provided her a greater reach.

Chelsea began working as a coach at TC&A, where their core goal is to be of service to others. TC&A is a coaching support service that utilizes their experience, knowledge, tools and resources to help leaders maximize their potential. They are a mother/daughter team, where Chelsea places her emphasis in the hospitality industry.

“We support business leaders through strategy building, building communication and relational skills and ultimately learning to be the leader of themselves, first, so they may better lead their teams,” said Chelsea.

During this challenging time, Chelsea has taken measures to support moguls in hospitality. Every Friday this April they have been offering a complimentary weekly “Stay Connected” hotel chat through zoom with a network of Managing Directors, VP’s, GM’s and Directors.

Hosting these meetings have allowed hospitality leaders from across the country to come together and process the challenges they have been experiencing. For Chelsea, it has been important that hoteliers have a safe space to connect. These chats have been helping leaders create action plans that address the current and potential state of the crisis, all while maintaining an optimistic outlook. Chelsea encourages moguls to keep a positive mindset and find ways to emphasize gratitude.

Thank you, Chelsea for connecting with hotel leaders and offering mentorship through these difficult times!
